About Us
Tech Operators is a network of experienced industry executives and founders who advise, connect and invest in ambitious Irish startups to help them accelerate their international growth.
Startups with one to two experienced advisors are twice as likely to scale successfully. Our network represents years of real-life experiences earned at major multinational companies and successful Irish startups and scaleups. Our members have held and continue to work at successful tech companies, including Google, Meta, Salesforce, Intercom, Wayflyer, Stripe, Microsoft, Docusign, Open AI, Lattice, Personio and Oracle, just to name a few. They have held senior roles across various functions from GTM to engineering, finance to operations.
Startups can tap into our network of members for advice, guidance, and input, which is provided free of charge with no strings attached.
Tech Operators hosts quarterly pitch meetings where we meet with companies seeking angel investment. We also host quarterly Meitheal meetings where we meet with companies seeking advice and connection to our network.

John is a marketing consultant, advisor and angel investor with experience in content, communications, events and community building, primarily in the B2B space. He was previously Director of Content at Intercom, where he established the content marketing function and helped build the brand.
