Tech Operators is a network of experienced industry executives and founders who advise, connect and invest in ambitious Irish startups, to help them accelerate their international growth.
Startups with one to two experienced advisors are twice as likely to scale successfully. Our network represents years of real-life experiences, earned at major multinationals and successful Irish startups and scaleups. Our members have held and continue to work at successful tech companies including Google, Meta, Salesforce, Intercom, Wayflyer, Stripe, Microsoft, Docusign, Open AI, Lattice, Personio and Oracle, just to name a few. They have held senior roles across a range of functions from GTM to engineering, finance to operations.
Startups can tap into our network of members to get advice, guidance and input which is provided with no strings attached.
Tech Operators hosts quarterly pitch meetings where we meet with companies seeking angel investment. We also host quarterly Meitheal meetings where we meet with companies seeking advice and connection to our network.

Guro is a dynamic senior leader with 20 years in various parts of go-to-market, and even a couple of years in product management. She excels in GTM strategy, org design, pricing and packaging, etc. building on her experience from Fivetran, New Relic, Oracle and ServiceSource.
